We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call and discuss the situation and obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted or refunded without a return authorization number.
Process for return: Contact customer service at stansworkshop@leffew.com to obtain a return authorization number, prior to shipping the item back.
Products that have been personalized will be charged a 30% restocking fee on returned items.
Return must be in the same condition as it was received, unblemished and without damage.
Reasons for returning a product: damaged or wrong product
Process of refund: A refund amount, minus shipping, will be returned to the original payment method.
